Kingdom Rapproachment

The UTP cannot approve of any situation in which sublimating the institutions of the Republic in order to find peace with the Kingdom would be acceptable.  Peaceful co-existence is a necessary goal but full integration, most especially under any form of a Royal government would be a betrayal of republican values and of those new citizens who were never citizens of the Kingdom to begin with.  We ask the powers that be to remember that peace is not the absence of conflict, but rather the presence of justice.  In micronational terms, this means that any detente with the Kingdom must begin with the full recognition of the Republic and its right to exist as an equal in the community of micronations.
